In case the items didn’t meet your expectations or didn't fit your pet, we will accept the return if the items are in the following conditions: new, unused, clean, with tags attached and in its original packaging. If the item you return is used or dirty, we will dispose it and you will not receive a refund.
- If your purchase arrived damaged, or if items in your order do not fit or meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. (Include your order #)
- You will receive a Return Authorization Code that you must include when returning the merchandise. Returns must include a Return Authorization Code otherwise they will be refused.
- Please keep your return's tracking information handy until you receive your refund.
- Proceed to return your order to the address below. Please note that we do not create free return labels. In case you need to return an order, please proceed to your nearest USPS or UPS and ship the package to us. If you are making an exchange, we will cover the shipping expense to send the new sizes back to you.
