If your order reaches $29 you will receive Free Ground Shipping either with USPS or UPS.

If your order is less than $29, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Backordered items are those which are not currently in-stock in our warehouse but are in transit from our manufacturing facility. They will soon be available for shipping. We only backorder items that we will be able to ship within 15 days. You will receive a notification of shipment.

Yes, we ship internationally. You will be able to select your country when completing checkout. Please make sure to double check all the details of your address.

Refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). It takes us 3-5 business days to process your refund and the rest depends on your credit card company.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Paypal, ApplePay and all major credit cards are accepted.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. We are in Florida.
