We understand the growing interest in wanting to sell products online and we encourage retailers to promote Parisian Pet® products on their own websites. However, Resellers are not authorized to promote, market, advertise, offer to sell or sell Parisian Pet® products on or through any third-party marketplaces websites such as but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair, Sears and other related marketplaces in any country.
Parisian Pet® reserves the right to refuse, cancel your order and permanently close your account if Parisian Pet® suspects you are purchasing for unauthorized resale.
In the event of any violations of this policy by a Reseller, Parisian Pet® may choose to cease supplying Parisian Pet® products to that Reseller and/or its distributors without written notice. Parisian Pet® may choose to pursue any applicable legal action against a violator.
