If your item didn’t meet your expectations or didn’t fit your pet, we’ll gladly accept a return as long as it meets the following conditions:

Unused

Clean
-
Tags are attached
-
In original packaging
⚠️ Items returned used or dirty will be discarded and not refunded.
📦 How to Request a Return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your Order Number in your message.

We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Include the RA# inside your return package.
🚫 Returns without a Return Authorization Code will be refused.

We do not provide free return labels, but you have two options:
Option 1: Ship It Yourself

Visit your nearest USPS or UPS

Ship to the address below

Include a tracking number for your records
Option 2: Request a Prepaid Return Label

We can email you a return label
-
A $5 flat shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Request this option when contacting us for your RA#
🔁 Exchanges

If you're exchanging an item for a different size, we’ll cover the one-way shipping back to you.

Just follow the return process and let us know the new size needed. You may exchange for another size, another product or store credit.
